Proposed Private Development
The location of the proposed development promotes the benefits of hiking, biking, and outdoor activities. With close proximity to Downtown Summerland, schools and public facilities.
During the preparation of the Penticton Downtown Plan, Heather was contracted by Meiklejohn Architects Inc. to develop concept plans and sketches. Throughout the project, she participated in meetings with staff from the City, including the Director of Development Services, Director of Operations, City Planners, and Parks Supervisor. Heather assisted in the development of concept plans for North Green park area, Downtown Main Street, Westminster Avenue, and the proposed Bus Barn Market.
